Refund policy

Refund and Exchange Policy for the Indoor Invitational and Outdoor Invitational

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate refund and exchange requests where possible. Please review our refund and exchange guidelines carefully:

Refund Policy

  1. Full Refunds

    • A full refund is available if you notify us more than 1 month before the tournament date.
    • Example: For a tournament on February 15th, refund requests must be made on or before January 14th.

  2. Refunds Between 1 Month and 2 Weeks

    • Refunds will only be issued if we find a fully paid replacement as our discretion (not including Squamish Outdoor tournament)
    • Priority will be given to filling open spots if the tournament is not sold out.

  3. Refunds Between 2 Weeks and 1 Week

    • 50% Refunds will be considered at our discretion if a paid replacement is found.

  4. Refunds Within 1 Week of the Tournament

    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 1 week of the tournament
  5. Squamish Tournament is Non Refundable

Gift Cards

We do not currently offer gift cards. If we introduce them in the future, they will be non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to transfer your registration from one tournament to another, you may do so following the same timelines as refunds.
  • Exchanges will have more flexibility, and we will honor the original pricing, even if prices have increased for the new date.

Additional Terms

  • Request Process: Refunds and exchanges must be requested via Instagram @indoorinvitational or email. If you do not receive a response within 3 business days, please try the alternative method.
  • Discounts: Refunds will not include discounts.
    • Example: If you received a 10% discount, this portion will not be refunded.
    • Volume Discounts: If you received a discount for multiple tournaments (e.g., 20% off 5 tournaments), used portions of the discount cannot be refunded. For instance, if 4 tournaments were used, the equivalent of the free tournament will not be refunded.

Right to Refuse Refunds

We reserve the right to deny any refund for any reason, though this is rare and unlikely to occur.
