4th Annual Squamish Two-Day Soccer/Camping Tournament - August 16/17th 2025

🌟 Welcome to the 3rd Annual Outdoor Soccer Invitational 🌟

This year, we're bringing it back on August 16th-17th. Get ready to showcase your skills on the grass field of Centennial Field at Brennan Park, this could switch to the Turf Field. Plus, there's an optional camping kickoff on August 15th for those who love a longer adventure with their soccer!

📅 Date & Time:

• Main Event: Saturday 16th - Sunday 17th August
• Optional Camping: Friday August 15th

📍 Location:

• Soccer Venue: Centennial Field at Brennan Park (Grass), a 10-minute stroll from our camping site. This could change to the TURF pitch.
• Camping Option: Get cozy under the stars at the nearby Mamquam River camp ground, or organize your own accomodation!

🚗 Transport & Arrival:

• Getting There: Your chariot (bus) awaits (if you need one) or ride in style on your own.
• Please Note: Camping is optional, but punctuality is not! Make sure to be on time for the soccer action. Everyone should be at the field at 9am both mornings!

💸 Cost:

• Entry Fee: $150 per person + GST
• +20 for Additional Camping Guests: Bring a friend or two to join the camping fun!

• Epic Soccer: Two full days of 7v7 soccer action, welcoming all skill levels to join the fun.
• Stay Over: Optional camping experience (BYO tent & gear).
• Memories Captured: Professional photographer & videographer on-site.
• Commuter's Dream: Transportation assistance to and from the event (if needed).

🕗 Tentative Timeline:

• Early Birds: Coach pickup for city dwellers at 7:00 am, or drive up to join us at 9 am.
• Game On: Jerseys on, and we kick off the tournament at 9:30 am. Group games dominate Day 1, wrapping up by late afternoon.
• Evening Chill: Post-match relaxation with pizza and beverages. Remember, the campground eco-friendly, so pack your water and put all your litter in the trash.
  • Evening quiet down starts at 10pm!
• Day 2: After a night under the stars, we hit the pitch for playoffs, leading up to the grand awards ceremony.

🚫 Refund Policy:

• Lock It In: Due to the planning involved, refunds are available only if we're fully booked and can find someone to step into your cleats.
• Weather or Not: No refunds for weather-induced cancellations.
